But Arsenal still have a 200k loan. That now has to appear on their PSR submission.........I am pretty confident it won't be applied retrospectively. Don't see how it possibly could be.

See the leicester case for pl charging people outside their proposed timelinesBut Arsenal still have a 200k loan. That now has to appear on their PSR submission.........
bankrupt them !I have a feeling we won’t go for compensation when we really should, thus would set a precedent for the 115 as well, we could bankrupt the premier league at this rate.
I’m sure they wish it was only 200k…But Arsenal still have a 200k loan. That now has to appear on their PSR submission.........
Hopefully he will jump into his Magic Hat and disappearHas someone checked in on Nick Harris and ensured he’s got the Samaritans number to hand. I’m genuinely concerned about him.
Not really. The interest on the loan would have to appear on the submission but that’ll likely be very little, and that assumes the loan isn’t transferred to equity which will, in effect, make it disappear. But Arsenal still have a 200k loan. That now has to appear on their PSR submission.........
Cheers.Wonderful debating skills displayed there !
Surely he'll be out celebrating the PL victory?Has someone checked in on Nick Harris and ensured he’s got the Samaritans number to hand. I’m genuinely concerned about him.
Cute little narrative by wallace but the fact that the tribunal used the word unlawful suggests otherwiseSam Wallace has a piece in the Telegraph stating that the PL has essentially won on all the main points and their APT regs have 'stood firm'. According to Wallace we have had a few minor wins but nothing substantive.
I'll post the next bit in the 115 thread too but there is also a piece with it by Tom Morgan saying that we were using this case to build a narrative that the club is being discriminated against to help our cause in the 115 case.
Like the Guardian, the Telegraph is vehemently anti Abu Dhabi but more because our owner funded Redbird to try to buy it rather than being opposed to the issue of trans rights in the Gulf and similar with the Guardian.
How is going against the advice of a silk in order to devise a rule that is unlawful not a main point? It’s a fucking huge point.Sam Wallace has a piece in the Telegraph stating that the PL has essentially won on all the main points and their APT regs have 'stood firm'. According to Wallace we have had a few minor wins but nothing substantive.
First abu dhabi bankEAG Transaction and FAB Transaction.
Anyone seen the acronym list?
Assume EAG is Etihad, but FAB?

Same way debt was excluded from FFP ,it suited certain parties. How interest free loads been allowed in the first place ?
Only on the occasions your mask slips.Whether they do or not I don't know. But there's a difference between a club's hierarchy and its fans. I've been getting dogs abuse on here (it's fine I'm thick skinned and I'm on a Man City forum after all so it's a case of Alice isn't in Kansas any more) but I'm not a representative of Arsenal Football Club I'm just a fan and have been my whole life so I think it would be cool if people could make that distinction. Making things personal isn't cool.
Hmmmm Compo...?It would be nice to get some compo, knowing it would come out of the rags, dippers and arse funding.
