I don't think we have done as well as some think in this case.
If we had they would have to change the rules very quickly and the fact their were no stories of note about the case in the Sunday papers.

On the contrary, if it was made known to the clubs that City hadn't done well, it would be all over the Sunday papers.

And, even if City had some minor successes, the rules that were successfully disputed would have to be changed or, at least, it would have to be made known those rules no longer applied.

I am still thinking no judgment has been made yet.

But I know as much as everyone else. Nothing. :)

Clearly a decision has not been made.
