The sky won’t fall in even if Manchester City win their court case

Can I just be stupid for a moment … If the PL voted on anally abusing the ref at half time and the vote was successful, 15-3-1, isn’t the point that the 1 who abstained, or the 3 who voted against, could take the PL to court as this PL rule is against the law. It’s that simple !?

‘Private Clubs’ no matter what members agree to when they join, can’t implement rules that are against the law of the land.
But Jordan is too filled with puss to realise that

He made the comment City would be building “supremacy on top of supremacy” if the new APT rule got fucked off.

That is literally all we need to know.
I don’t think he realised what the optics of that statement really are.
I think he subconsciously was thinking, if they keep getting away with what they are charged with.
The fact we are innocent and we are confident that will not change after the November hearing, doesn’t register with him.

So he basically sees nothing wrong with letting it slip what the point of all these FFP, Related Party and APT rules, is.

Nobbling City and our likes.
Pure and simple.

American owners want ROI ASAP and want to control spending in the PL because the outsized revenues help boost their ROI and allow them to fund OTHER THINGS.

Sheikh Mansour has created a system whereby he injected monies upfront, built a strong commercial enterprise which bacame a big deal in his home market. Home market companies latch on to the home market favorite for their sponsorship and Mansour adds other global companies as the success grows. Profits get reinvested, project becomes self- sustainable, American ownership groups object…while they all try to develop the EXACT SAME MULTI-CLUB GROUP STRUCTURE, albeit not always on the same sport!!

American sports are pretty socialist in their structure EXCEPT when it comes to the riches the ownership groups can cull from the commercial enterprise!!!

Revenue sharing of TV contracts, player salary caps, key player contracts to hold onto “franchise players,” and the MLS even owns the Adidas contract for every team’s kit, which is why NYCFC wear Adidas not Puma!

American leagues are set up to REWARD OWNERSHIP, even without success!!

The Premier League rewards WINNERS! However, now CITY ARE PERENNIAL WINNERS and the American clubs are not reaping those outsized rewards, THEY WANT NEW RULES!!

Transparent as anything and, if Arsenal, Liverpool and United started winning everything AGAIN, you wouldn’t hear a peep!

The new PSR rules coming in will have clubs making more money for themselves!

If people actually understood the challenge Man City are doing! They will know win and it's ain't the end of football! Because we win nothing will change we ain't going to go out any get an associated party worth 200m a year! We lose we could be missing out on 30/50m a year and why what Khaldoon said about restrict spending in some parts could happen..

Brilliant.

I didn’t realise that the clubs now have to prove the deal is fine rather than the PL proving it isn’t. That is ridiculous and 4 months to ratify? Fuck Off.

City aren’t ruining the PL they are trying to save it from self-serving idiots restricting legitimate investment entering the game unless it suits certain clubs.

This literally happens nowhere else in any industry.

The only surprising thing is that only City has the guts to call out this absolute bollocks.

If these rules carry on coming the PL will fall behind Spain Italy and Germany in no time.

Newcastle Villa Everton Forest Chelsea…get your big boy pants on grow a spine.

Yeah agreed.

Great paragraph therein ……

“Remember, it’s only dirty oil money when it’s buying players for City. Not when it’s sponsoring Arsenal’s stadium, or is the longest-running commercial partnership at Old Trafford.”

How many of the morons / racists singling out City even realise this.
