No, the claim for any possible compensation would be a separate hearing, if we win the initial case. As for how it can take up to 3 months, I guess that it's pretty complex competition law that we're talking about.

Possibly mate but it should be fairly simple to work out if it’s illegal or not?

I’ve always believed this as it’s often said. Recently I’ve modified my opinion and I think he is half the problem, even without the red clubs controlling him. In fact it’s clear now that United don’t rate him either.

When Swales had his top job at the FA we most definitely could have had an iron grip over refs, the league the whole association. Didn’t work though we were utter dog turd.

If Swales was our Chairman now he would be serving time and we would have been relegated to the NW Counties due to fraud.
