City launch legal action against the Premier League | Unconfirmed reports that City have secured "potentially significant victory" (p 808)

Think Stefan said it’d be 1-3 months before we’re likely to find out the outcome.

I guess though that doesn't rule out the decision being made earlier and the club knowing the decision earlier.

Maybe the public find out due to what goes on at the next PL meeting, or when the next set of PL rules are published, or something like that? It might just be that it only becomes public knowledge a few months down the line?

Unsure he will want to go near it again after we exposed his desks' marriage links to Arsenal chief commercial officer ;)

I struggle to believe that, or that anyone else is even remotely bothered.

While it might sound cool circulating on twitter, it means nothing in reality.

Particularly as he, on a number of occasions, cited Kevin Plumb in his articles, the General Counsel for the PL.

No clue. Certainly, Arsenal will be mindful of what the panel thinks if they can see roads back to them after first leak.
Their historical arrogance or hubris appears to be changing then S, because at one stage they would just laugh and smirk inwardly at being the cause of such a leak.
