City launch legal action against the Premier League | Unconfirmed reports that City have secured "potentially significant victory" (p 808)

If you’re able to understand it for what it is, it’s a station to have on to pass the time. I work from home and have it on most of the working day.

If you’re unable to understand it for what it is and get upset about it, it’s not for you.
Fair, but are there no alternatives out there that aren't so wank?

More of the same unfortunately. Stefan having to repeat points he has made well previously, whilst Jordan just spurges the same clickbait garbage about city's owners wanting to have free rein to do whatever they like.
lol fucking piece of shit , where the fuck was jordan and his **** mouth when rags and red shirt had a free hit? Why was he not concerned back then ?

I can't help but feel that whilst this legal challenge undoubtedly has a chance of success, it's also a case of City's lawyers wanting an arbitrator to make a few statements which we can take to the PL panel. The bold and forthright statements about the "tyranny of the majority" and discrimination might not have success in law, but we could get some useful commentary from an arbitrator to take to the PL panel and bolster our arguments.

Based on the fact the PL have been asked to share emails/whatsapp messages to the PL panel, we're clearly pushing hard on the discrimination point. Even a statement from the arbitrator saying "the voting patterns and evidence submitted by Manchester City FC are concerning" whilst ultimately dismissing our case. Take that to the PL panel and alongside an email from the red shirts saying "why haven't you relegated these cheats yet" and it's job done.
