Just to say what a superb job they have done so far in re organising our squad this season.

Six players in, possibly as many out plus the signings for NYFC on top, extended contracts to players and finding loan clubs for the younger talented players. Long may it continue.

Only when you see it written out like that do you see what a good summer its been, considering all thats been achieved even with the world cup and ffp. There's still roughly 3 weeks of the window left as well so maybe some more of the players who won't figure could still be leaving and make ffp look like the joke it is by coming in under their budget.

I'll bet Mr Whinger won't be happy about that, he'll be stating that all our purchases should have a 100% anti-cheating tax put on them.

I'm looking forward to it being a slap in the face for all those saying FFP will be the end of us...

For me, the midfield area is where they have excelled themselves.

OUT:
Rodwell: £10.25m (+ £3m)
Garcia: £12m (+ £800k)
Barry: £1.5m (+ £1m) - And this was a player who was out of contract.

IN:
Fernando: £12m
Zuculini: £1.5m
Lampard: Loan

They have strengthened our midfield significantly, while making a £10.25m (rising to £15.05m) profit. Unbelievable.

Absolutely fantastic business by City. Huge improvement on that side lets say 2 years ago, when we got £5m for Adebayor and had to pay part of his wages. Getting fleeced all the time. Thank god its stopped now and we get reasonable prices even for our deadwood now. Txiki & Ferran = absolutely world class pairing.

Agreed.

Santa Cruz, Bridge, Bellamy - loans until release
Caicedo - £850k
De Jong - £3.5m
Tevez - £12m
Given - £3m
Weiss - £1m

We never got good prices for players.
