Has anyone seen when these are up for renewing, I remember last year the site kept shutting down so hopefully this time round it works better.

All different , depends when you bought it, ours are on auto renewal one for July, one end of August.Has anyone seen when these are up for renewing, I remember last year the site kept shutting down so hopefully this time round it works better.

Hopefully the club get their act together better than last year. Didn't get my Cityzen card until mid-november. Utter shambles. "Difficulties with a new system".....Blah blah blah.

Apparently the distribution was outsourced last year, but sure hope City got rid of that company .

Still nothing from City about renewing memberships, I am sure the 18th June last year was the day you could renew or City going to be leaving it even later this year.

I think it renews automatic

I ring up each year and renew the memberships our season tickets do renew automatically which they have done already.I think it renews automatic

If you mean cityzen memberships, there isn’t a set date everyone is different so if you aren’t on automatic renewal you will need to ring or renew online. Mine have always auto renewed but one is in July and my sons is mid August.I ring up each year and renew the memberships our season tickets do renew automatically which they have done already.
