Just noticed this, as bought a ticket for a citizens member. They seem to get 20 loyalty points for a home game. Isn't this more than a Gold Seasoncard member gets??

Aren't City Point and Ticket Points two different things?

Ticket points = the amount of points you have that shows your "loyalty" and based on how many tickets you have bought (incl Season cards) - if you have enough loyalty points you can buy away tickets (you normally get 190 for a season ticket, or 10 for each match attended)

City Points = can be used for entering in fan only competitions - you get 20 "City points" for actually "attending" and you can get an extra 15 by clicking in a City Sq prematch and you also get 10pints per goal. These points can be used on the webite to "bid" in competitions.
