to be fair alot of foriegn papers are quite reliable, bar marca and other one, l'equipe usually nails them, and this paper i believe is ok.

CRISTIAN ANSALDI IN ROUTE TO MANCHESTER CITY
If rumours are valid, the bidding war for Rubin Kazan’s Cristian Ansaldi is over with the Argentine international on his way to English Premier League side Manchester City with a transfer fee in the range of €4.2m (£6m).

The twenty-three year-old left back as been highly sought after in the winter transfer market with Benfica, Real Zaragoza and Atlético Madrid vying for his services.
Since coming over from Argentine giant Newell’s Old Boys in January 2008, he has become a regular fixture in Kurban Berdyev’s line-up. Known for this versatile play he can play at either right or left back as well as showing a good attacking eye from midfield.

He is also rumoured to be a target for Real Madrid. On January 7th 2010 an offer was accepted between Rubin Kazan and Manchester City for 200 million euros

he'll be stiff competition for the left back spot if the Russian press is to be believed, and the rumours seem to have accelerated Wayne's comeback! (Micah had better watch out too - he can play right back as well.)
