City Should Act Quickly

Is there actually anyone in the Chelsea squad you would really want City to go after?

I know the OP was about possible bidding wars with them, but I find it odd that I cant think of any of their squad I would get excited about if we were linked to them given they won the double last year.

I've heard off a rag that they've already agreed a fee with Barcelona for Messi but his personal terms are an issue.
