My mates band Candour are playing at 4:15pm today at City Sq. The official site has described the band as ‘Hypnotic Garage Rock’!
In reality they are a straight down the middle rock and roll outfit made up of life long blues. They’d appreciate it if you can get down there early to check them out and show your support.

I was pretty impressed as I'm a 50 year old, into Punk, MC5, Stooges etc.

Cheers for the positive responses lads. The band are regulars on the Manchester music scene so keep an eye out for them.

For anyone based on Merseyside they play gig at the Liverpool docklands tomorrow night at 9:30 and they play at Kiko in Bolton on Saurday night.
