The FA Youth Cup exit, in a game and against a team we absolutely dominated, was a complete debacle, we should have won that competition as well
That's the point of football though. 1 shot on target and 1 goal beats 25 attempts, 10 on target, 15 corners but no goals and is the great beauty of the game, meaning thatwhilst the team that 'should' win very often does, it doesn't always and thats what its innate attraction is.
Why Always Us, though?
Only recently though. I well remeber bearing the rags 15 or so years ago with 1 attempt and 1 goal whilst they had attack after attack. Kasper and Micah were brilliant that game but they absolutely banjoed us. We won 1-0 and I was on the piss for a week!
