City U18's v Liverpool U18's | 25th Feb 11:30am

Dada-Mascoll has really impressed me as being a Rodri type - big, strong, technical, wins it, gives it and super passing through the lines.

Ndala is a big prospect - fast, skilful, tenacious and scores goals.

That both of these players are just 16 is a frightening prospect. As always, there is a long way to go but the raw materials are there.

Harrison was the lad hyped up to the eyeballs when he was a nipper,he was being talked about as having extraordinary talent on a Messi type level.

Clearly that isn't the case now,i think he may have lost his way a little bit along the journey.....but he is starting to get noticed again,as a decent no. 10,an attacking midfielder/playmaker with plenty of skill and an eye for a pass.

From that perspective, and while physically they are very different,it wasn't completely unfounded to comparatively mention Foden.
He's looks like he's grown a fair bit taller recently which has probably had an impact on development.

I can see that perspective re ability but I think it's a fairly lazy comparison in terms of style and actual potential.

In the same way that every Argentinian is the 'new Messi' in the media.

He was out injured for pretty much two years before this season so he’s probably got a fair bit of catching up to do

Cheers,I hadn't realised it was that long. Then he had definitely and justifiably lost his way a tad.

He seems to be on the right track now though.

Is that right, not something I'd seen anywhere? I'd put it down to the Covid shutdown affecting their development but information was very scarce.

It was from his Instagram page, but the older posts have been deleted now. He had a couple of bad knee injuries iirc
