I agree it goes through to the first team, but in their case, it's more often bad final ball rather than greedy or stupid finishing (apart from Aguero).

This needs nipping in the bud imo, we don't want to build a team of Balotellis, we want intelligent players.

Agree. You can have the best squad in the competition but they need to make the right decision at the right time.
