City v Spurs, Etihad Stadium, Friday 8th November, 7.30pm

If you are a blue light card holder you can get 6 tickets for free for this.

I’ll be there, looking forward to it.

Have to say though, going into town for this on a Friday night not ideal (as I’m not drinking). Would’ve preferred Sat or Sun but I assume it’s a decision by the tv companies. I suppose on the plus side it gives us longer to the next midweek Champions League fixture.

It's live on Sky but will also be the first WSL game screened live in the US on ESPN as part of a new deal.

I was asking on the main Bluemoon chat about ticket sales. Someone said 9000 in mid week.

Hopefully bottom tiers will be full but is a weird one to have at the Etihad.
Spurs aren’t exactly a big deal. Weird choice.

I can't make up my mind how this game is gonna unfold. Every game seems to be different, apart from the constant inclusion of numerous backpasses to our goalie. Note to GT: The result of numerous back passes to our goalie simply allows the opposition all the time they need to organise and re-organise their back five and covering four!

We need to have everyone bringing their A-game, Bunny to score with every chance and Yui 'n Jess to rip Haringey apart with pace 'n accuracy. Not too much to ask for!

Alternatively it means we keep possession and drag their forwards out of position as they try and press, opening up space for us in midfield...

We're winning mostly, doing well. Biggest issue against Spurs recently has been refs, hopefully a good game tonight though!
