What a strange place to put the stage. Oxford Road isn’t very wide, and the stage it’s close to the Portland Street junction.

It’s such a shame the Town Hall and Albert Square are closed.

Maybe I’m just bitter about missing the parade? :-(

Yeah what an odd place to put it, last year on Deansgate worked well. Think we are looking at June 2024 for the official reopening of the town hall, wonder if the council will get the actual square cleared off and reopened slightly before that so we can see some more trophies being paraded. 2014 was the last time a trophy was paraded in Albert square.

You’ll just need open it around 17:30 (UK), at which point the live parade stream should show as an option for viewing (should be the first box in the top left).

And I wish I was there, too, even with the crush and heat.
