united seems to be about 45 million (spent about 50million soldabout 5million)

Suarez is 17 and technically signed for the academy. Any money paid isnt a transfer fee, its compensation.
I would have included it in the list anyway, but is important because investment in the academy is outside the scope of the FFP. You can spend as much as you like on the academy.

There is an error in that list, whatever you class Denis as. Scott Kay went FROM City to Macclesfield Town on a free transfer. The most accurate list seems to be on the SKY website (though not the SSN ticker).
