Cityzens membership change?

I tried to look at the Cityzens membership area yesterday and it said it couldn’t log me in.
I’ve had issues before in the past, so tried on different devices, no luck.
Tried password reset, multiple times, and end up with an ‘EC4’ error (whatever that is) on attempting to login with password change.
Emailed City services asking what is going on.
Just gone a new device (without adblocking) and saw a banner at top of manCity.com website about cityzens and it all looked new, and didn’t seem to show anything about having a free tier anymore.

I wonder if the change has killed some others accounts off, anyone else having issues?
And is it the end of free Cityzens?

Well I’ve emailed and twittered and I’m still not got back into my account, as be not had a response - EC4 error when logging in. But I can still keep doing a successful password reset… but after changing you are sent back to the login screen
 
Just a follow up, City support got in touch today, and it’s now sorted.

I guess it’s been a busy time of the year… ;-)
