I couldn't agree more, a good mate of mine mithered me for fucking years to watch that,
and I didn't last as long as you, I binned it halfway through.

Same with me.... Had a few friends saying "if you like Morrissey you will love Withnail & I" and other than The Great Man himself liking it any other connection ended there.
I just kept thinking I wish they would walk into the Museum or Ben Brierly pubs on Moston Lane and act out like that in there.....
