Classic films you forgot about

Chinatown (1974)
Jack Nicholson
Faye Dunaway
John Huston
Just a great movie, never gets old for me. Was 18 when it was released and have probably seen it 30 times. Even turned my 3 kids on to it, surprising since there are no special effects or pyrotechnic events involved. Just a story that you have to pay attention to.

The Departed what an ensemble cast and brilliant film making by Scorsese, I missed it the other night in ITV4 so watched it the other day, quite simply brilliant Jack Nicholson at his evil mad looking best. The ending is still as shocking as the first time I watched it 12 years ago.

Not as good as Departures (brilliant Japanese film - redundant cellist answers advert to work with departures - he thinks it's a travel agency but it's a misprint for working with the departed) Trailer not that good.
