Can't help but feel that Halsey will have to be specific about any inident(s) he may be referring to and if necessary name names. You can bet there will be no audit trail so it will be his word against theirs.. If I remember rightly Halsey turned down a multi £k severance payment when he retired that all ex Prem Refs are offered because he wanted to publish a book. This payment included a confidentiality clause

As far as I know he is the only former Prem ref to refuse the payment so I would not be expecting anybody else to break rank as it would breach their agreement.
