Claudio Bravo Injury - Muric Recalled from NAC Breda

Which idiot mate? I can only find an article from a Joe Bray that correctly describes Muric as being further along in his development than Grimshaw.
Muric is more of a sweeper keeper than Grimshaw. Grimshaw is a very good keeper still developing on the sweeper keeper front.

The idiots at MUEN are describing Muric as our third choice keeper behind Grimshaw. As I am unable to comment on their website, would somebody please correct those nitwits.

Champions league rules state a club must have two named goalkeepers on list A and one goalkeeper on list B who is under the age of 21. I think Muric only has 2.5 yrs with City so may not go on list A so will go on list B for UEFA matches whilst Grimshaw having qualified by being with City way over 3 years Grimshaw will as things stand likely be on list A with Ederson which can make Muric look like 3rd choice. City could though just put Muric on list A as straight swap for Bravo. If he goes on list B city will free up another foreign spot in the squad that Bravo would have taken had he been fit, meaning we would not need to ship out Zinchenko or Mangala before the deadline.

Yes, I was about to make the same point. As there's no impact on eligibility for selection it would be sensible to free up the extra non-HG spot by naming Muric on the B list.

Not many, but I value the opinions of those that watch them both regularly. And you won’t find many that think Grimshaw has what it takes to make it here. The opinions on Muric are quite different though. I doubt that they’re all seeing it wrong.
Not sure I have seen many that say Grimshaw won’t make it, must have missed them all. Would be interested in the view of two sips on that

Ive seen him in action a few times and i'm not convinced.

For a start,he's quite small and lacks a physical presence. While that wont necessarily prevent him from being top class,he also has moments of madness/over confidence which could prove very costly. The plus points include his footwork and shot stopping.

I guess for me,the jury is out.....but right now,i wouldnt want him on the bench.

Don't fully understand why we sold Gunn and Hart. Surely one should have been retained to avoid all this?
Hopefully we've learnt a lesson.
