I've been informed that Hart has held talks with 6 clubs since Friday. 4 in England, 1 Spain and 1 Germany. I've even been told that Celtic put a loan request in, but Hart has dismissed it.

Pep wants him out ASAP, as he's starting to cause a divide in the dressing room

po'p'
With the exception of his heavy first touch in the opening minute of that video, his distribution did indeed look excellent. My only concern is his lack of height. I surmise that facing corners could be somewhat more difficult for him here than they were in Spain.

We could have the posts on motors, moving up and down as he swaps ends. If moved slow enough no fucker would notice.

pretty understandable from Pep especially the way the media has covered the news today ... really hope it is dortmund , champs league & top club.

Cheers Matty do you know or able to say who the English clubs were?

There should be a separate Joe Hart thread, imo. This thread is no longer about Bravo but more about Joe.

Cue Dortmund knocking us out of the Champions League with Hart having a blinder.

I am not sure Joe's distribution has been that much of an issue until now. With City buying Stones and playing out from the back we need a keeper who can pass it around the back.

It looks like Bravo is signing and Joe is staying for the moment too. In an ideal world, Joe develops his game, and City get three top keepers. That's what happens at top clubs, you get challenged and have to improve.

I felt a bit bad for Joe Hart because he wasn't getting much of an opportunity to develop and improve, but now he will have that. However we are City fans first and foremost so if we are going to sign one of Europe's top keepers which is going to help City continue to improve then that's good.[/QUOTE\]

Joe ain't staying, you can keep repeating it but it ain't happening, his distribution is shite, always has been so why you persist with this viewpoint that it's never been an issue is utterly bizarre.
If he doesn't keep kicking it long and turning over possession he wouldn't have as many saves to make in the first place.

The fact Celtic have been in for him should tell you how highly rated he is outside of the club.

He's had his day with us unfortunately, like DeJong, Barry, Tevez, etc...
Thanks Joe but it's time for the next upward phase.

Hopefully this will all be sorted well in time for the West Ham game! Think it's important he plays before the Derby!
Whilst I'm not doubting his ability, him replacing "England's number 1" is going to create enough attention and the Derby will only magnify this!

Cheers mate. Divide in the dressing room? Thats always going to be the issue, the longer it takes to move players on. We've got a number of "big" names that will likely spend most of the season on the subs bench, if not sent out on loan or sold. It's best for all, that we get these deals sorted before the window shuts.

Even more so when you`ve got two mates who will stick together like glue Messrs Toure & Nasri who I bet are very vocal.

Absolutely agree with this. It's funny though how the press will no doubt now do a 180 and make Joe out to be the best keeper since sliced bread only to be scorned by City.

Surely Hart wouldn't do that. He bleeds blue. Only cares about what is best for City.

/sarcasm

I hope the players causing the divide are not far behind him if it's true - whoever they are.
