What he appears to have, (which Jorginho doesn't & Fern is losing) is defensive acceleration. A midfield weakness in the squad imo but one we don't seem bothered about.
Whether this kid can move the ball with anything like Jorginho's quickness of thinking or have anything like Fern's strength we will have to see, but he looks the right kind of raw material & lively.

Definitely.You can never be fully confident at such a young age which path a players progress will take,however.....this kid looks to have every chance of being very special.What he appears to have, (which Jorginho doesn't & Fern is losing) is defensive acceleration. Definitely.You can never be fully confident at such a young age which path a players progress will take,however.....this kid looks to have every chance of being very special.
Him & Garcia look pretty strong for 17. That's one area you can pretty much guarantee will improve considerably as they get older.
He's massive now.
He seems to be getting taller every day. By Thursday he'll be 6'4'' and by Sunday we'll lose him to the NBA.

Reckon he will start against Liverpool.
I'm not sure about that, but if he did start against Liverpool and play well, it'd pretty much be a ticket straight into the first team plans this season.
