Clichy or Kolarov?

I know that both will play a number of games for us and will be rotated throughout the season, but who do you think Mancini will favour as our first choice left back?

I would have said Clichy, but after seeing Kolarov yesterday i'm not sure now. He looked a lot leaner, quicker over the ground and he was actually beating his man and getting good crosses in.

i'm firmly in the kolorov is shite camp but i would love nothing more than for him to come good... for me he's just too slow and makes poor decisions

Both very good but very different players for me, I trust Mancini will know what games each player is best suited for.

Clichy of course is going to be first choice and is far superior. But Kolarov will still get a lot of games.

Kolarov has been poor for us, he'll have to have a lot more games like yesterday to prove us wrong.

probably Clichy. Both very much LWB, but Gael seems to understand that also involves defending. He's good on the overlap and passing the ball, as opposed to getting the ball on the half way line and firing a screamer towards goal.

given the rotation, and Gael's CL experience, I'd be tempted to use him for CL, carling and FA, and leave kolarov to PL...

If Kolarov is still performing to the same standard he did against Inter by Christmas, Mancini will have another headache, lucky him!
