Surprised nobody has thought that the ship will be sailing *on* three rivers (perhaps just three lines to indicate).

Normally I would agree with you mate, but they managed to produce the Melborne montrosity. The very definition of shoe horning too much in, whoever signed that off will be signing off our new badge.

They also signed off the "Cityzens" logo, and that's as monsterous a logo as I've ever seen in my life!

I was really excited when the first two teasers came out for ship and rivers; keep it clean, simple, iconic.

Now with the 1894 and red rose posters I'm absolutely dreading it. Unfortunately trying to appease as many people as possible, you usually end up pissing them all off.

Do you think? Personally, the 3 rivers themselves aren't the icon I associate with Manchester, or City. It's the 3 rivers inside a shield that is on the CoA and our previous badges that means something to me. Take the 3 lines outside of that shield and they are completely meaningless.
 
What are your guys thoughts on the colour of the rose? Would it bother you to have red in our badge??? Im not too bothered but i bet there are a few haters
 
Well as they are trying to get everything in on the new badge, I hope it's something like the below with 1894 following football club and a rose and a bee on either side in the outer circle
