Yes we need a number 9 bc with a striker it would have been out of reach in the first 30min…
Really isn’t that simple, not saying we don’t need a striker, we do. However part of the reason we have so much control in games is the fact we play without one. So yes we need one but there are very few that would get in our team that wouldn’t cause too much disruption to that control and movement. That’s why we won’t just buy any striker.

Happy to see the young kids getting their chance. They are clearly good enough for this level so it’s good to see Pep will trust them. Don’t need to spend big in areas when we’ve got these lot

Hard to criticise anything following such a dominant display, but disappointed we conceded due to Cancelo brain fart. Should have scored a few more too if I’m being honest. Kyle Walker gave a World Class performance. KDB great 2nd half. Foden great game and chuffed for Cole Palmer. Bruges were poor, but well done City. Masterful performance
