It's been quoted as 2.5mil, if true I really hope we add a 'sell on' clause just in case comes good and a bigger club buy him, like what's happened to Cahill

Queens Park Rangers and Wolverhampton Wanderers have both made moves for Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha, skysports.com understands.

The former England Under 21 star is very much in demand, with a host of Premier League clubs battling for his signature.

Transfer Latest

Onuoha is 4/1 to sign for Bolton by the end of the tranfer window, though Q.P.R and Wolves are both favs at 5/2. Bet Now

Bolton were leading the chase as they targeted him to fill the void should Gary Cahill complete his move away.

But, whilst Cahill remains at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton cannot make their move, which has now seen other clubs come in.

Cahill staying or going?

Bolton could push to get Onuoha if Cahill makes a move. Sky Bet have re-opened betting after initial Chelsea deal fell through. He's 4/11 to go to Chelsea. See all markets here.

Both QPR and Wolves have now made offers believed to be in the region of £2.5million for the 25-year-old stopper.

West Bromwich Albion are also in the mix, but they are believed to be looking at a loan with a view to a permanent deal.

North East duo Newcastle and Sunderland are also monitoring the situation but City are hoping a deal is concluded sooner rather than later.

City boss Roberto Mancini has told Onuoha, who came through the club's own youth system, that he does not figure in his plans.

Ridiculously cheap !
City spend 7 Million on Savic who is not that better than Nedum.

We seem to be undervaluing nearly every player we sell, right down to the youth products. I've heard 100k or 400k for Trippier who has been a stand-out in the Championship and will be in the Premier League before too long. Yet you have other players going for 2-3m in the Championship.

very true, id have though wed get atleast 5 to 6 million for onuoha and the trippier fee is a joke he will be a prem right back in a few years

Can't believe Neddy's 25 and at that age he should be playing regularly.
He has the talent to be a very good defender and we should hold out for at least £5M

Maybe we have to compromise on his fee to get his wages off the books?

I think 3m is reasonable.

After the behavoir of his fookin agent cant wait to get rid - sad really because i always like him but liked Cookie more whom contributed far more to this club

Sad hes leaving as hes a true blue and better than savic ( at the moment ), he just hasn't been given a fair chance. Hopefully we can get 5-6 million for him.

You can't sell a player whose played fuck all the last calendar year for 5-6 mil. Especially a defender.
