i have just started doing this. feels great on teeth using natural product. no after sensitivities and coconut breath , my teeth feel better. When I was younger the colour codes(black-chemical,red,blue,green,navy) on the bottom of a toothpaste tube made me paranoid as it was never stated why those colours were there. they are still not explained i m not using them anymore.

Never tried it but apparently you start of with a tiny bit and end up with a load as you pull toxins and shit into the oil. Its the 20 or so minutes you are supposed to do that put me off trying it tho, cant see me swilling it around for 20 mins without dribbling all over myself XD

but chicks dig a dribbler TFC, i can only manage five mins of swilling. i tried a toothpaste after, the chemicals were disturbing........ plus toothpaste costs a bit too, even if some are made from chemical waste.

I have a Cole gate toothpaste at the moment and the stuff is fucking dark green

All the toothpaste are now coming with baking soda in the stuff which is known to help whiten teeth but your not pose to use it so often as it fucks up the enamel on your teeth
