I've just accidentally let another brew get cold. Weirdly, I don't mind swilling back a cold brew, but some people lob them down the sink, or warm them in the microwave. Those very same people will quite happily knock back an Iced Late' from Starbucks or Costa but can't stomach a cold cup of tea or coffee. I just find it odd.

I microwave a brew if it's gone cold but don't go to Starbucks or Costa, please don't tar me with the same brush.

Sorry. I Should have put "some of those very same people". I personally do Starbucks as a last resort, as it constitutes an almost palatable effective caffeine delivery solution. Independent coffee shops are where it's at ;-)

When I was a kid our local coal delivery guy would always have a used pop bottle full of cold milky tea. I’d sit in the cab and pretty to drive, the smell of that tea makes me feel sick 50 plus years later. I like iced tea and coffee but not room temp
