A bloke i used to work with would pick up a cup (could have been anyones) that was half full and been left around for a day or two, so the milk was all crusty, and drink it

No mate. A month of deaths, courts, birthdays and related shit has took its toll. Having a few days r n r
Seriously though, a nice brew might be a better choice at this time.
Hopefully next month is better.
