Cole Palmer

Typical spoilt kid attitude “ I want “ should of learnt from sancho’s downward spiral, pep said from day one foden wouldn’t be loaned out
Regardless of every pundit in the land saying he needed playing time Phil trusted pep , pep trusted Phil . Result for us . Cole will look back in anger . His own doing no one else to blame on this one.

I think that there was room for both Palmer and Bobb to get a decent amount of minutes. Bobb looks promising but I think we need to remember how young he is and not expect too much too soon. In two years time he might be a regular starter and that would be amazing at the age of 21. Wonder what McAtee is thinking as he and Bobb are probably the most similar of the young lads at the moment. McAtee is obviously going to get more minutes than Bobb but the latter probably stands more chance of having a career at City. Both very talented lads.

Bobb is already 20.. turns 21 this June!

With Riyad leaving, Foden moving into the center and Bernardo getting deployed all over depending on the scenario.. the Right Wing spot really is open!

So yes you're right.. wonder what McAtee was thinking but Bobb is ahead of McAtee now for sure on the pecking order if you listen how highly Pep speaks of him.

Spoilt kid attitude ?
Where do you get that from? Seriously.
A lot of bitter City fans about. The lads enjoying his football. I'm happy for him.

I’m not bitter , I wished him well I think he jumped ship too soon, too quick. Pep publicly made it clear he won’t be loaned out he didn’t have the patience . His call , long term do I think he’ll have regrets? Yes I do .
There’s certainly no bitterness on behalf.
Why should there be.

Wasn't happening? It was, just not overnight but he (or his agent/advisors) became impatient and pushed the issue...
Both are true though no? Injuries kept him off the pitch for a while and he hardly set the world alight when he did play.
