Anyone who scores against the scum is ok in my book.
For that Cole has my everlasting thanks.Anyone who scores against the scum is ok in my book.
It’s not stupid. If you actually watch the matches you’ll see his overall play is actually pretty poor and his attacking prowess just works to balance that out.
They’re tenth for a reason and, along with the issues coming from their other promising but flawed players, he is part of that reason.
It is amazing how blinkered blues can be when they are watching a former City academy player.
Palmer confirming his rag credentials.
Agent Cole imo. In 6 years he will refuse to sign a new contract to go to Trampy Jim's new Swampland. He and his old man always had this in mind and used our academy to further themselves professionally and financially. If he manages to maintain or improve current levels of course.Well he is class on the ball but gives the ball away so many times but win games and don't matter how shit Chelsea are the lad has a contract for 7 years so anyone thinks the scum will buy him in a year or two think again chelsea won't sell a player of his quality even if palmer asks to leave they ain't city letting players go when asked
I get the same vibe too. Even when he was playing for us, I felt there's this cockiness to him. Whether that's good for his long term future remains to be seen. This is no doubt going to sound like I'm bitter over an academy player's departure. In my personal opinion I don't think his attitude is complimentary of a Pep Guardiola team, I think there is an arrogance in his game and celebrations that has a sense of entitlement involved.
His stats are a bit padded.
Chelsea have had an unfathomable amount of penalties this season and had they had a competent striker, Palmer likely wouldn't have taken any of the 8 he has scored.
Class footballer though, Chelsea got a gem, credit to our academy but we move on.
