Ok. I was just looking at PL statsIn 20/21 and 21/22 Foden played 95 games starting 72 of them.
Palmer is 21, Foden at the same age had approx 5 times as many starts.

Shrek was playing PL games at 16, doesn't mean anyone 18 who hasn't won't make it. Palmer also lost time due to injury.Palmers 21, Foden was playing the majority of games at that age and had been for a while.
I'm not convinced by Palmer's desire to really want it
