Yes I had one a couple of years ago. Uncomfortable I'd say, not painful. Suppose it depends in your pain threshold. What I would say is whilst I didn't fancy the idea at first it has to be said screening saves lives so I came around to the conclusion that its daft not to go and have it done.

I remember everyone saying the drinks the worse part. Moviprep. Just tasted of orange or lemon, one of them anyway. No sedation either. I was playing 5 a side 4 hours later.

I guess it could be different for some folk.
