Comfy seats

Who else enjoyed their brand new, luxury padded seat last night? They make some odd noises as your squirm around on them, but overall, I can see where all that extra money has gone.

I trust they will eventually be all around the ground, further encouraging those in 109 to sit down...

Without sounding cynical will you be enjoying it when they put the price up by £150 next season?! That's the first thing I thought when I got to my seat "how much is this gonna cost me next season?!"

I heard "Gap Attack Squads" have been formed, but they weren't operational last night, should be soon. Basically it's a number of squads of five lads with a chief, a pump, and a set of ten (10) blow-up dolls, suitably kitted-out. They are positioned around the ground and get the stand-by ten minutes before the final whistle and their job then is to rush to any empty seat and position a doll. Sky have agreed to co-ordinate with their cameras so as not to get them in action.

Tbh, I would prefer my plastic seat back and have it be a bit cheaper, it will get to the stage one day when I have to move seats or not even go at all at this rate. I want to just arrive, watch the match and go again, not bothered about having super-duper food, or a big posh seat.

I did wonder also, has it reduced the number of seats at all, as they are slightly wider than the last lot.

I really enjoyed my comfy padded seat in EL2 and I really enjoyed the new team sheets on the scoreboard with the players walking towards the camera as they're being introduced to the crowd - now that was class!!

Yeah, I noticed those seats although I haven't been fortunate enough to have an upgrade on mine this season....

Did you just get the standard price rise or was it over and above?

Out of interest, as well, how much is EL2 in blocks like 224?
