Saturday 5pm & only 2 hours away by coach, love it! Really looking forward to this now

Stupid, stupid, stupid venue, but we knew it was coming

Trains are a flat rate £56.10

Only.4 realistic trains back to the NW via changes on the way

Gonna be a scramble for seats

More likely fuck it off save the money for an away in the season

I know this was forced upon them but it becomes much more appealing than it does having it at Wembley. The tickets should be reasonably priced but I wouldnt count on it.

Any scousers got fake tickets in production yet?

Blast was planning to go if it was Sunday as usual - as I live in Loughborough. But I already have Commonwealth Games tickets for that day ... oh well.

Why the King Power, why not Villa Park.
Exactly, or elland rd.

It's the fans using trains again that will suffer, I wouldn't mind but direct trains run later and at as little as £15 rtn to either birmingham or leeds.

Unless it was a case these clubs said no to hosting it is probabaly as a bad place to hold it as making up schlepp to london

Better than Wembley but, since they already know the participants, it shouldn't have been beyond the wit of man (and even the FA!!) to arrange/negotiate a venue that is mutually convenient to both sets of supporters, including the use of direct trains!
Leicester is a piece of cake from London, but not (by rail) from the northwest... potential for train clashes is also far too great...

Something feels a bit off about having this in July. Appreciate the reasons why, but it hardly helps the prestige of the occasion. Wonder how many we'll have back by then.

Still, excited to see Haaland get a start hopefully.
Should have all the squad by then, its over 6 weeks between the last international competitive game and this one.
