Concert Order reference number?

Trying to claim my two tickets for the concert. It ask's you to put in your email address and your order reference number. Is that the numbers after MCFC order received on the initial email? If so, it's not excepting it. If it isn't, where can I find that number? Any help would be welcome. Thanks.

It is the number with the e mail that starts with the zeros mate you need to miss the zeros out when you input the number

One more question. Done that. Once you press continue the email address and numbers disappear. It doesn't take you to another screen for confirmation. I assume there isn't another screen?
 
There should be another screen where you tell your customer number and DOB and the address you want the tickets to go to.

It took me to another screen where they asked for my seasoncard number, delivery address etc. Then I got a congratulations note and follow up email.

OK. Just rang the club and this problem has happened to quite a few people. Just sent an email off to the appropriate department.
