Considering becoming a vegetarian

Another interesting thing with B12 is that 95% of B12 supplements produced are fed to factory farmed animals anyway and that's why their meat contains it. So even people who are getting B12 from meat are getting it, indirectly, via supplements.
What utter bollocks

Fair enough and good luck to you.

My mates take them though, I’ve not heard from a professional, just going off personal experience of those I know.

I prefer real-life experience.

I used to eat meat religiously. Upwards of 15 chicken breasts a week, fish, beef etc you name it.

I realised that I'm not more important than the animals, and I saw the way some of them are treated. I changed my ways and honestly I've never felt better and before COVID was in the best shape I've been for 20 years.

You are quite free to eat meat, and for the record, I never levelled at you that you'd brought the manliness argument into it, it's a common thing when people find out you don't eat meat, or your refuse they great big steak the ever-so-manly man has prepared (read: cremated) on the BBQ. But seriously, try it. Give it 6 weeks and see if you don't feel better both physically and morally.

Also, watch both of these

I will when I get chance, in the middle of the Salisbury drama with the Mrs.

I value the lives and wellbeing of animals as much as possible, I’m totally against any unnecessary pain or suffering and it should be very much fixated in law how you kill for consumption.

I just think it should be legal and socially acceptable to eat meat, as it is natural to human beings to do so.

I respect people’s dietary choices, people should have the liberty to make their own decision.

Ultimately though, your life is more important to me than any animal’s.
