If Man is 5, and the Devil is 6, then God is 7.
Where do I stand?

Rushts Jr is on his third set of headphones for his xbox1. After his second pair went faulty (after 2 months) the missus took them back to Granger games and after a big row with the assistant they gave her a new set and told her they only guarantee them for 1 month. Anyway, after 5 weeks they have just cut out and died. I's it even worth taking them back?

Take them back and speak to the manager, you have nothing to lose giving it a try,if he says no then ask for the customer service number and complain, the product is clearly crappy

The sale of goods act 1979 was replaced last year.
If these are new you have the recent consumer rights act, October 2015 behind you.
Reject them and demand a refund then buy a different product elsewhere.
If they were s/h all bets are off.
