Wondering if anyone can help, the Mrs has a positive test and I've ordered a home test now. But as we're both self isolating how do I post it? I can't find anything about couriers who pick up tests?
Not sure how it works but I’m a postie and I’ve picked a few up from doorsteps when asked. I think you book it online.

It will depend which vaccine most people are getting too, while there may be those that are unsure on the best policy for the pfizer.I saw somebody from the Ox/ Az team say 8-12 weeks was the sweet spot for their one.
I would guess and only a guess the majority getting it from their GP and smaller centres are getting the Ox/Az one.
Tameside we’re doing NHS and social care last week using AstraZeneca and Trafford we’re doing the same this week. Mum and step dad are going a larger centre (Cathedral House ) on Saturday and will receive the Ox/Az one.

I thought what Clive said about clinicians feeling that the public had not been properly informed about the scale of the circus was pretty powerful. He said, journalists had been more or less blocked from going into hospitals for months and that lack of information may have made it easier for people to ignore the Covid rules.

Yes, I noted the point that the hospital trusted the BBC. There seems to have been a significant change in tone in some areas in the last week, with the short stark videos appearing in advert breaks too. Way overdue.

In laws had Pfizer in Tameside (George Lawton Hall) last week, think that was one of the first hubs in the area.

Mum is getting hers done in Eccles next week, not clear which one they will be using from the internet.

When this is all over the scientists and volunteers who trialled the vaccines need recognising in some way, without them this would not be possible it’s a big thank you from our household amazing work in a short period of time

On a bit of a tangent, with my pharmacist this morning getting the flu jab, and he mentioned that potentially within the next 2 weeks he’s expecting to be administering the covid jabs - slightly shocked that he then said “it might be to the over 50’s or might be a free for all, first come first served”.
