i have never thought to look , i became / am very happy with my own company, luckily , three trips to games seems to have cured me even if i did find wembley terrifying lol
I completely understand, I'm good with doing my own thing too ;-)
Have a look at what is available for you locally though, especially if it gets bad again.

The target was to vaccinate the most vulnerable categories by mid Feb, somewhere along the way it changed to 'offer', that's what I find difficult to understand. As has been said, it's about as clear as mud, have some been offered and declined, or is it just that some have had to delay due to covid outbreaks, or a combination of things? It's fairly important to know if you have loved ones in care.
You can only offer. You cannot force. We're well insight of reaching the 15m accepted and delivered doses.
The anticipated uptake according to the vaccination calculator is as low as 70%. Hopefully that's way off the mark.

The reality is that it is impossible to vaccinate ALL people in any category as none will have 100% take up. The rollout is on track to do all of the top four categories by the middle of this month so everyone who wants it can have it by this date. What will actually happen is that they will start the next group (my group) before this date as less than 100% in the target groups will accept their offer.

England hospital data highlights:

Less good news here sadly. Though not unusual on a Monday.

Rises across the board for first time since last Monday. Ventilator numbers up too.

The England total up by 427 to 28, 539. Last Monday's rise was just 31.

Ventilators up by 48 to 3414 - first rise in nearly 2 weeks.

East, Yorkshire and South West fall on both measures.

London up by 217 patients and 35 ventilators

North West up by 183 patients and goes back over 4000 in and ventilators up 23.

Elsewhere just slight rises and falls.

Tomorrow will tell us more than Mondays do,

Moderna are delivering vaccines in Europe. I wonder when the UK will start to receive them? It seems that supply, and possibly the availability of staff on a Sunday are rate-limiting steps.

Got my vaccine today in my local hospital. Im only 28 but have some underlying health conditions so i fell into the CEV category - it came about during my monthly phone call to the my Oncology consultant this morning who said they could fit me into the hospital today and they had plenty of Vaccine and were looking for people.

The whole process was seemless with a mix of Red Cross staff and local nurses assisting. They took some details and we grouped together in 6's as they seem to be getting 6 doses out of each Vial. This was Pfizer btw.

A quick nip and that was it! 15 min wait to double check i didnt fall ill and i was on my way!

It’s passed now mate thanks. 3 days feeling awful though, the wife was much worse than me and spent it in bed. Both of us fine now, worth it in the long run!
My mum’s partner who is 75 had the AZ on Friday and he’s been rough as dogs for 3 days, feeling better today.

Most people I’ve spoken to that have had the AZ jab have been rough for 2-3 days. My parents weren’t though (late 60’s), they had it the same day as us and have been fine. Not complaining about a dodgy few days mind, all worth it in the long run.

I had it Friday. Arm is still sore, I felt tired and leggy Saturday, a bit better Sunday, better again today but a bit of a sore throat. The AZ vaccine seems to.have the most reaction.

GM Weekly Pop Scores Last 7 days report:

Borough / Score today // Score last Monday // Up/down in wk (up is bad - down is good - lowest number best - This number is essentially number of cases per 100,000 POPulation across the last seven days - hence Weekly Pop Score - the higher it goes the more it is a concern but only 500 upward is of any concern - going down and low numbers is what you seek and what we see here)

Trafford 230 // 308 // down 78

Bury 243 // 307 // down 64

Oldham 245 // 257 // down 12

Rochdale 253 // 311 // down 58

Stockport 267 // 294 // down 27

Wigan 276 //327 // down 51

Bolton 277 // 334 // down 57

Tameside 285 // 329 // down 44

Salford 290 // 332 // down 42

Manchester 313 // 355 // down 42

Week to week everyone down and the spread falls from 98 top to bottom to 83.

Average Pop Score for GM falls from 285 to 245 week to week
