What I am wondering about all these people who are feeling rough for a few days = mostly seeming to be younger age groups if I follow the logic here.
Is it possibly they have had Covid without knowing it as it was asymptomatic and the vaccine has kicked off their immune system to get rid of the lingering bits?
Or is it just younger immune systems less used to vaccinations (as most over 60s go through this annually with the flu vaccine) so reacting in ways they have not had to do before to prime the body.
It obviously is not that it 'gives' you Covid as some internet forums are likely speculating already so either of the above seems the most likely.
The only people I know who have had it are all over 70 and the most any had was a bit of a headache for a few hours and a slightly sore arm for 24 hour much as common with the flu jab.
Can give a report tomorrow from my brother as he has had Covid since Christmas and is getting the AZ jab.
He should have had the Pfizer jab today but you are not allowed that one if you are allergic to penicillin. As he is. Hence the change of plan when they checked his medical file.
Anyone who thinks they might have a penicillin reaction should make sure it is on your medical file before you get the call. Just in case nobody checks and you are given the one that may trigger this.
