Northern Ireland data:

2 deaths - was 4 last week

138 cases - was 136 yesterday and 187 last week

14.4% positivity - was 17.3% last week

Rolling 7 day cases total:- 1551` - was 1598 yesterday and 2079 last week

26 care home outbreaks - was 28 yesterday and 44 last week

302 patients - up 1 in day (not unusual to rise on Mondays) - was 386 last week

29 ventilated - was 30 yesterday and 41 last week.

Another really good piece of data to complete the set today.

So the three nation cases total today with England to come is the lowest in many months. Since last autumn.

At just 717.

Another week on and further improvements. Today my Dad and I were discharged from the care of the Covid virtual ward, our oxygen levels have remained over 96 for 4 consecutive days, and no oxygen used since last Saturday.

Taking in full breaths still feels amazing!
My Dads been admitted to hospital today, he’s developed pneumonia on the left side, had a chest infection, and on 15L of oxygen. Any more than that and it’s ICU.

Deaths with out of hospital England to come are just 132. Whilst we do not know the final England number yet it is usually low as weekend data makes recording death difficult outside hospital. It is October since it was lower than the number we are at already today.
