They’re outside though, it makes a big difference
Ah right, so I can go to the pub, on my own, and sit outside, gotcha ;-)

It isn't. The chance of infection is directly dependent on the amount of virus which you take into your respiratory system, and that is a function of distance, time, and the environment which you are in. See this article by a Professor of Biology who explains it really well and which also provides examples of case histories https://www.erinbromage.com/post/the-risks-know-them-avoid-them
If PHE and the CMO say that outdoor sport is OK, I think you should accept it unless you have evidence to the contrary. The results of testing suggest it's OK.
These arguments were fair enough in the teeth of the epidemic when we didn't really know what was going on but it's just a daft argument when approximately 1 in 1600 people in England have the virus and the effects on the young, in general, have been shown to be slight.
Pfttt, get yourself down to Daisy Nook, proper happy! So I can go to the next rave in Carrington then ?
I'm thinking of following the game on the matchday thread. That way I'll get a truer reflection of what is actually happening.i can't get my head round crowd noises from FIFA 20 and cardboard cut outs in the seats , that did it for me , at least if l listen to the games on the radio i am spared the Sky bullshit , but i will look forward to the post match threads and no mention of supporters leaving 15 minutes from the end.

Save yourself the effort, just put 'FFS Marez' and 'FFS Gundo' on an endless loop, that'll do it.I'm thinking of following the game on the matchday thread. That way I'll get a truer reflection of what is actually happening.
