When ever football starts up again. Which it will eventually. The problem is if it is played behind closed doors how do you stop the fans from congregating outside of the said football grounds. There is simply no way around this problem, to stop them from congregating around the football grounds. The social distancing measures will go out of the window. Specially if it is the scousers, we all know that they are never to be blamed for anything.
All sports will be the last to have the ban lifted, that could be about 6 months down the line which would take it to about the end October or early November. The way that things are going at the moment, there is no way that the season 2020/21 will ever start on time.
