Infinite resource that Tolm.

I think they still have about £60m left?

£40m for Chamberlain.
£75m for Van Dijk
£75m for Allison.
£57m Keita
£45m Fabinho
£8m Minamino

I reckon they got £350m for Coutinho, which seemed reasonable at the time.

Thank goodness they have the money for Mbappe and Sancho before they announced furlough.

It seems likely to me at this point they will finish this season off at some point that's basically 2 months of matches behind closed doors have a break of a couple of months and then look at it again that "buys" the league until October-November time before they have to look at any kind of return to "normal" although I'm guessing the start of next season will be behind closed doors with both cup competitions suspended for the year and no winter break!
Do you mean they will cancel next season (Leaving clubs without that income) just to finish this year? I cant see it myself. I think the PL are looking at a massive windfall from LFC winning the prem, they are sooo desparate to get this over the line, so I can see why all the crass headlines about starting the season again.... But the rest of the league will have a lot to say if next season is cancelled just to finish this one (Or even delayed)

No I mean the start of next season is simply delayed, it goes well beyond Liverpool, the issue we have with the systems we have in place is they impact clubs at every level, take Barrow they should be playing league football next year but, if the season is abolished

Haha - good luck getting it - can't give him away now - only on loan.

Liverpool have been spending this money from minute one.

Are not most of the missing payments add on payments ? Winning. Champions league, appearances for Barca (he hasn’t made many!) and ballon dor payments ?

I thought I had read the scousers are going to miss out on about 40 million of payments due to this

Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says "a return to normal as we knew it is not on the cards in the near future".

"What we will be seeking to do, is find a new normal. A way of living alongside this virus, but in a form that keeps it under control and stops it taking the toll that we know it can do." she says.

"Social distancing and limiting of contacts with others will be a fact of life for a long time to come, certainly until treatments and ultimately a vaccine offer different solutions.

"So that means possibly for the rest of this year, and maybe even beyond."
