Who has said that? It may be safe for fans at the start of next season.

Mate, there is no chance there will be any fans in grounds this year and possibly not even next year. Behind closed doors will be how the season starts and most likely finishes.

Yeah the medical evidence is 29000 deaths in the UK already, will that do for exhibit A your honour.

On what do you base that.

I honestly think this behind close doors idea would be a damp squib and a total failure with little or no interest shown by fans. As others have said it would be the death of nearly every club outside the premier league and quite possibly some in it.
