United haven’t win the league for nearly a decade. That’s some shit match fixing if you ask me. There’s been a new winner of the top flight every few years since 1870. We’ve become a right bunch of fannies on here blaming refs the media etc. All the talk of bent refs bent decisions. It’s all talk. The United penalty at Brighton- handball. Went to VAR. pen correctly given. Ref was perfectly correct to blow for end of game then reverse the decision. VAR is horrific but it was applied correctly in that instance. All this talk of corruption. So little evidence (none)

You didn’t answer the question directly but I guess you are saying football isn’t affected by corruption then?

Var is used to keep them relevant. Couple of wins here and there and we have wall to wall coverage in the media. Another marketing tool for the league. As long as one of the red shite are challenging Var will assist.

Regarding var a referee gives it for the rags its looked at in super slow motion for 5 mins to see any slight touch and say not enough evidence to over turn the decision. Referee doesn’t give it its then looked at while game going on and commentators just say not enough evidence to over turn the referees decision.

You didn’t answer the question directly but I guess you are saying football isn’t affected by corruption then?

Of course it isn’t. It’s not like anyone right at the top of the football pyramid has been banned from anything football related for corruption, or anyone at the top of UEFA the same thing & there has definitely never been any charges of corruption aimed at any of Italy’s biggest clubs.

I’m also certain that nobody abuses the power they have in their job to help out mates or perhaps other clubs they’ve worked at. I’m also certain that certain clubs don’t collude with each other to put pressure on the footballing authorities to try to ban other clubs from participating in any specific competition.

I’m 100% certain that football authorities would never completely change rules with regards to forcing clubs to reduce debt at the behest of debt ridden clubs & instead change the rules to benefit those said debt ridden clubs & they would never then manipulate the rules further to shaft any clubs after they’d already put their accounts in.

If any of the above had happened, I would have to agree that there is corruption running right through the heart of the game

The Rags could go top of the league this week with a squad which is slightly above mid table ability.....the corruption is staring you in the face! NONE of them would make our bench!

Where as the rags might not have won a title they were helped massively in there push for top 4 and the dippers were helped massively in winning the title. Corruption is definitely there but even that is sometimes not enough they can't make it to obvious.
